We Want to Know... How Are You Using AI Today?!

AI has already helped businesses understand customer feedback at scale and in ways that no human could do on their own. But, with the recent launch of content generation tools like ChatGPT, AI could also upend the feedback economy and reputation management.

There are pros and cons of course. Our team even has mixed feelings about it…but how YOU feel about AI?! What ways are you leveraging it in your day-to-day, if at all?

We have not yet implemented AI just yet but have been discussing it quite a bit here lately! As you said, there are pros and cons which is why we have not yet pulled the trigger just yet.

We’re currently using AI in both our service and sales departments to make sure our customer’s inquiries and needs are addressed as quickly as possibly without providing “auto responses”. Our AI actually saves us revenue as well because it can continue to follow up on leads, freeing up the time for our advisors and internet managers.

We have not implemented any AI yet. I want to to see how it all plays out a bit before jumping in.

We use AI at work and it’s very helpful. We send out surveys to our residents to make sure they are happy with what we are providing them

As a writer, I still value “human-generated” writing for blogs, content, etc. but we use AI for chat bots and help widgets, which is very helpful.

Wouldn’t agree more with the human element @carly.dodd - AI lacks that sentiment right now (and has for some time)

I use it for marketing copy ideas, research, and brainstorming both for work and personal projects.

We were recently testing it at several sites but are now in the process of rolling it out at all of them. We are seeing around a 40% conversion in leads to appointments so it is looking to be a positive change and I can’t wait to see how it works at my other sites. Plus it is saving so much time!

@randy.underhill That’s awesome! I agree with rolling it out slowly to gauge performance (especially when it comes to leads). Freeing up time is probably the biggest plus I’ve experienced on my end too :clap:

We are using an AI bot to help with vetting prospect calls, but don’t have the best feedback.

We are currently using AI Bots in chat services only. I am sure this will grow as time goes on.
